A (welcomed) blast from the previous
Does anybody right here bear in mind the Galaxy S21? With a revised design in comparison with its predecessor and a… lower-res display in tow, the early 2021-released 6.2-inch powerhouse was not precisely met with rave evaluations, upsetting fairly a little bit of anger amongst hardcore Samsung followers with its use of plastic on the again panel and the removing of the helpful microSD card slot.
However just like the S20 earlier than it, the S21 packed a hefty 4,000mAh battery, which was considerably inexplicably downgraded to three,700mAh on 2022’s Galaxy S22. The S23 then jumped to three,900mAh cell capability, which continues to be under what the S21 needed to provide from that standpoint, and now lastly we’re a return to these 2021 (and 2020) numbers.
This early image of the Galaxy S24 battery doesn’t verify or contradict the 4,000mAh capability rumor.

and S24 Extremely respectively, however a minimum of in the interim, we have no actual purpose to doubt the authenticity and accuracy of the S24’s 4,000mAh cell capability.

It is unattainable to know proper now how the next-gen SoCs will behave by way of their frugality and general energy consumption, however what’s vital to spotlight is that the S23 already affords stable battery endurance numbers.
What else must you anticipate from the Galaxy S24?
Along with doubtlessly nice battery life, Samsung‘s subsequent large (vanilla) factor is probably going to offer top-notch show efficiency and quite a lot of storage and reminiscence configurations for each sort of (energy) person on the market.
Whereas that is kind of true for the S23 as effectively, the S24 is tipped to begin at 256GB inner space for storing and 12GB RAM, which might signify a significant change of tempo from the telephone’s predecessor in an entry-level variant.
The S24 is more likely to look very comparable on the skin to the S23 (pictured right here).
The S24 display, which is unlikely to develop in measurement or decision, may additionally get a key generational improve, leaving Apple’s iPhone 15 behind so far as issues like brightness and distinction are involved.Â
After which you’ve the digicam division, the place the bottom Galaxy S24 is… certain to make use of the very same components because the S23, with an unchanged 50MP major rear-facing shooter joined by the identical outdated 10MP telephoto and 12MP ultra-wide-angle sensors. However hey, possibly the rumors are fallacious on that facet… and proper about all the things else. Let a (34 year-old) boy dream, will you?
